Félicité Laîné
A native of Châlons-en-Champagne and the initiator of the project, Félicité Laîné first trained at the conservatories of Châlons-en-Champagne and Reims before continuing her piano studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. Deeply connected to her Champagne roots and driven by a desire to create a high-quality, accessible musical event, she was naturally inspired to establish a classical music festival in her hometown. Félicité is currently studying in Frank Braley’s class at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, where she recently earned her Piano Bachelor’s degree with distinction. She is now pursuing a master’s degree in piano and will begin a master’s program in vocal accompaniment next semester. In addition to her musical pursuits, she has recently completed a master’s degree in philosophy at the University of Reims, seeking to enrich her music practice by exploring other disciplines.
Félicité regularly participates in masterclasses and workshops with renowned pianists and teachers, including Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, Philippe Cassard, and Bernard d’Ascoli, through the Piano Cantabile association. She was awarded the 2018 Île-de-France International Competition and the 2024 Virtuoses du Cœur Competition. A frequent performer, she appears regularly in solo and chamber music concerts at festivals and events both in France and internationally. In 2023, she performed with orchestra in Poland and Moldova, playing Mozart and Poulenc’s concerto for two pianos, and in 2024, she gave a solo recital at the Cortot Hall. Félicité is supported by the Kriegelstein Fund for the 2024/2025 academic year.
