Opening Concert - Birds of Passage

Our patron, Philippe Cassard, eminent French pianist, will open the first edition of the Les Songes Musicaux festival with the renowned soprano Natalie Dessay.

These internationally acclaimed musicians, with extraordinary careers, have been a duo since 2011 and have performed on the world’s greatest stages.

‍

For their farewell tour, they honor us with a performance in Châlons-en-Champagne, presenting a magnificent program featuring works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ernest Chausson, Reynaldo Hahn, Maurice Ravel, Louis Beydts, Francis Poulenc, Gian-Carlo Menotti, Samuel Barber and André Prévin.
